This manual, provided in Arabic and English, was used in a program to train Yemeni religious and civil society leaders to facilitate community dialogues designed to help communities prioritize key needs, develop strategies for advocating for those needs to higher-level decision-makers, and design and implement community initiatives to begin addressing those needs. It was developed by PartnersYemen with input by the International Center for Religion & Diplomacy.
