This WES curriculum resource, developed by Nejiba Bouzaiane Khalfallah, is a business plan outline to help women entrepreneurs to build their businesses. The guide covers several aspects of a business project, including market description, marketing plan, human resource needs and financing plan.

This guide for WES participants consists of 13 worksheets divided into sections focusing on leadership. It highlights reinforcement of interpersonal communication skills, territory adaptation, creativity and opportunity management, and activity methodology and management.
