This resource is part seven of a competency based assessment plan focusing on a final teacher evaluation, rubrics and the closure of the assessment plan. Included are the final objectives, required materials, timing, rationale and procedure for completing the assessment. It is used on the seventh day of the Best Practices for Inspectors 2 course. The Best Practices for Supervisors Course was designed for the professional development of Algerian middle school and high school English teacher supervisors. The course consisted of two 60-hour face-to-face trainings and an interim online phase. The first session of face-to-face trainings was delivered in October 2008., the second session was online in Winter 2009, and the final face-to-face session was held in Spring 2009.
