The Best Practices for Supervisors Course was designed for the professional development of Algerian middle school and high school English teacher supervisors. The course consisted of two 60-hour face-to-face trainings and an interim online phase. The first session of face-to-face trainings was delivered in October 2008. The second session, online, ran in winter 2009, and the final face-to-face session was held in spring 2009.
