Ce curriculum comprend deux parties. Dans la première, la notion de déontologie judiciaire et son importance dans le contexte de l’autorité de la loi est introduite aux étudiants. Elle présente aussi une vue d’ensemble des caractéristiques que doivent posséder un juge afin de se démettre de ses fonctions. La deuxième partie offre aux étudiants un forum au sein duquel ils peuvent discuter de ces thèmes.

The Charter of the United Nations is considered the foundational treaty of the United Nations. The Charter consists of a preamble and a series of 111 articles grouped into 19 chapters. As a charter, it is a constituent treaty, and all members are bound by its articles. The Charter states that obligations to the United Nations prevail over all other treaty obligations.

Through its regional Family Law Program, Freedom House published the Women's Rights in the Kuwaiti Personal Status Law and the Bahraini Shari'a Judicial Rulings (Theory Portion) which brings together Sunni, Shiite and legal scholars from the State of Kuwait and the Kingdom of Bahrain to analyze family law, Islamic jurisprudence, and religious and civil interpretations in an attempt to bridge key differences among their perspectives.
